Know your customer
If you are a parking space renter on the clicknpark application, we may ask you to provide information such as your legal name, home address, date of birth or identification for verification purposes. This information is required by applicable laws as part of a process called "Know Your Customer" (KYC). If inaccurate information is provided, your account authorizations may be limited and you may not be able to receive your rental payments.
Some of this information will be requested when you register your first parking. Depending on the volume of reservations, other information may be required. We will then contact you. You will receive an e-mail and notifications in your dashboard, with instructions on how to proceed.
