How can I ask a question about the spot I would like to book?

You can contact us at any time on our website or through the "Help" section of our mobile app.

Can I book a monthly subscription for less than two months?

To make a booking for a period shorter than two months, use our hourly reservation mode and insert the desired duration. The monthly rate will be applied.

What happens during snowstorms?

The owner or lessor of the parking lot is responsible for maintaining the parking lot and ensuring that it is accessible at all times during the rental. When a snow loading operation is necessary, we may ask you to move your vehicle for the duration of the operation.

When is payment taken for monthly subscriptions?

Payment for monthly subscriptions is taken on the day of the subscription start, and on the first day of each following month for any such month.

How do I sign up?

- Start with downloading the app on Android or iOS, then click on the "Login" tab to sign up. - You can also create your account on our website by clicking here. - You can register with your email, or by using Facebook, Google. You can sign up using Apple on iOS.

What happens if I go over my booking time?

If the spot is still available, you can extend the duration of your reservation. Extension is not guaranteed and could be refused if parking is no longer available or if it has already been booked by another user. If you don't extend your reservation you must collect your vehicle before the deadline otherwise you will be towed and pay a penalty.

What is the duration of monthly subscriptions?

Monthly subscriptions on clicknpark are for a minimal duration of two months and a maximum duration of 12 months.

How do I know if a parking spot is available?

If a parking lot is displayed with a blue icon, it is available for rental for the period sought. If the parking lot is gray, it is unavailable.

How can I book a monthly subscription?

On the app, once you’ve entered your destination, you will be prompted to enter the start time There, you can press the “Switch to monthly parking” button.

Can I leave and come back during my reservation period?

Yes, you can leave and come back as much as you want during your reservation period. For indoor spots, use the button for the garage door opener. Some spaces do not allow in & outs. When this is the case, the information will be clearly indicated in the parking details.

Can I add time to my reservation?

Yes. In the 'Reservations' tab, go to your current reservation and select it. Click on 'Edit duration' and enter the desired end date and time. The difference will be charged or credited. The modification is not guaranteed and could be refused if parking is no longer available or if it has already been booked by another user.

Is the price indicated the price paid?

Yes. Our prices include all taxes and fees. An additional fee of 0.40$ is applied on credit card's payment.

Are my credit card information protected?

Yes, all transactions on clicknpark.com are processed by Stripe. We do not retain any credit information on our end.

How do I book a parking spot?

You can book a parking spot using our mobile app. It is available on Android or iOS. You will need your smartphone to access indoor parking spots or spots with valet service.

How do I pay for a parking spot?

Once you’ve chosen your parking spot, you can safely pay with a credit card or Apple Pay.

What if there is another car in the reserved parking spot?

If there is a car in the spot you have rented, contact customer service. A nearby equivalent space will be offered to you and a credit will be applied to your account.

What is the cancellation policy?

A booking may be cancelled on the following conditions: 1. Bookings of less than 30 days: Within 10 minutes after making the reservation: no fee (0$) More than 24 hours before the booking starts: 20% fee or (i) a refund on the method of payment used by the driver, minus a cancellation fee equal to 20% ; OR (ii) a refund equal to 100% of the transaction amount in credits for any future booking. Less than 24 hours before the booking starts: 50% fee a refund equal to the transaction amount in credits for any future booking, minus service fees equal to 50% of such amount. After the booking starts: 100% fee no refund. Bookings of 30 days or more: Within 10 minutes after making the reservation: no fee (0$) More than 15 days before the booking starts: 20% fee or credit (i) a refund on the method of payment used by the driver, minus a cancellation fee equal to 20% ; OR (ii) a refund equal to 100% of the transaction amount in credits for any future booking. Between 15 and 5 days before the booking starts: 50% fee Refund in credits for any future booking, minus a cancellation fee of 50% . Less than 5 days before the booking starts: fee of 100% no refund. Monthly Subscriptions: For all monthly subscription cancellations, there is no refund for the current month. The following months may be cancelled on the following conditions: Within 10 minutes after making the reservation: no fee (0$). More than 15 days before the renewal date of the subscription for the next month: No fee. Between 15 and 5 days before the renewal date of the subscription for the next month: 20% of the cost of the next month will be charged as cancellation fee. Less than 5 days before the renewal date of the subscription for the next month: 100% of the cost of the next month will be charged as cancellation fee.

Parking spot owners

How do I know who has booked my parking space?

- You can consult the list of current and future reservations in real time via our "dashboard". - You can also consult the list of vehicles present in real time in your parking space. - To access it, login.

How will I receive my earnings?

All transactions are done with our payment partner Stripe. Your earnings will be deposited in your bank account 24h after the reservation started.

Can I only allow long term bookings for my space?

No, it is impossible to post a space that is only available for long term rentals.

How can I add my parking spot?

Go on List my parking and click on "Let's get started". Enter the required information and it's done! We also have a turnkey service for you. Contact us and we will help you create your account, we can even come and take your photos for you.

Can I edit the information about my spot?

You can edit your spot's description, photos, base price and availibilities. These changes will take effect for any future reservations. It is your responsibility to honour any reservation that have been made as per the previous terms.

As a business, can I list parking spots?

Yes you can, posting your parking spot for rent is a good way to generate a new source of earnings. We even offer a turnkey service for businesses. Contact us!

Why isn't my spot available to other users as soon as I put it online

There is a 24-hour approval delay for internal approval. Your spot will be online after this delay.

Who is responsible for my parking's maintenance?

clicknpark takes care of renting your parking spot and ensuring client service. However, the owner or Lessor of the parking is responsible for the parking maintenance and for ensuring the parking is accessible at all times when rented, including by removing snow as needed to ensure access.

How can I access my statement of earnings?

You can view your earnings in real time via our "dashboard". To access it, login.

Is there a platform fee?

Account creation and registration of your spot on clicknpark are completely free. Service and transaction fees apply only to your reservations. The 30% service fee covers the costs of running and developing the platform in addition to offering you tools for monitoring your reservations in real time, access to clicknpark customer service and marketing campaigns to maximize the profitability of your spot. The transaction fee of 3% of the amount paid by the driver covers the costs related to payment by credit cards.
