You will be required to provide Personal Information when you register as a Client on our website or on the Mobile Application. We will also need you to provide us with certain permissions, including geo-location. As a security measure, when you complete your registration as a Client, we ensure that the email address provided is yours.
In order to use our Service, it is also necessary that you open an account on the External Site. You will have to provide certain personal information including your credit card information. Please beware that we are not responsible for the management of any information you provide to our External Site. It is therefore your responsibility to take knowledge of their policies.
Statistical analysis of the use of this website and the Mobile Application are carried out in order to allow us to improve and to respond to your expectations. It is therefore possible that we will collect certain information that is not of a personal nature such as your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.), your operating system (Windows, Mac OSM iOS, Android, etc.) domain name (IP address) or ISP (internet service provider).
It is essential to be at least eighteen (18) years old to be a clicknpark Client, since we do not collect Personal Information from minors. Thus, if you are not at least eighteen (18) years of age, please stop using this website and the Mobile Application.
clicknpark is entitled to transfer information that identifies a person as an asset in connection with a proposed or actual merger or sale (including any transfer in the course of Bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings) in respect of all or part of our business or in connection with a business reorganization, a sale of shares or any other form of change in control.
The information held by clicknpark regarding its Clients is stored and processed by computers located in Canada. We take care to adopt technical and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Information from loss or theft as well as from unauthorized access or disclosure, such as filtering or encrypting information. We take adequate security measures to protect our Clients' information from unauthorized access. Despite our best efforts to ensure the confidentiality of your information, third parties may unlawfully intercept information on our website. We disclaim any and all liability for any use that may be made of information obtained illegally.
clicknpark does not transmit unsolicited information to its Clients. For example, e-mails that you may receive from us (ex: expiring credit card information, resetting your password) are essential to the proper functioning of our website and Mobile Application.
Our website and the Mobile Application use "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A cookie is a set of data related to information about the user that is stored on the user's computer. Most browsers allow you to manage cookies, including accepting or rejecting them as well as deleting them. Both our website and the Mobile Application use both temporary cookies, which disappear when you close your browser, and permanent cookies that remain on your computer or mobile device until they are manually deleted. You can configure most browsers to notify you when you receive a cookie or to block cookies.
You can request that your personal information be deleted at any time in the app by going to "My account" > "My information" > "Delete my account" or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if you request deletion of your personal information, or if your account is suspended, terminated, or voluntarily closed:
We may retain your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as prevention of money laundering, fraud detection and prevention, and enhancing safety. For example, if we suspend a clicknpark account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain information from that clicknpark account to prevent that user from opening a new clicknpark account in the future.
We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, clicknpark may keep information for tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations.
Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings) will continue to be publicly visible on clicknpark, even after your clicknpark Account is canceled. However, the attribution of such information to you will be removed. Some copies of your information (e.g., log records) will remain in our database but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
Because we take measures to protect data from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
