The garage door or barrier does not open.

This situation may occur exceptionally:

  1. Ensure you are in front of the correct door. Refer to the access instructions in your reservation.
  2. Your reservation has not yet started: the access button will be activated 10 minutes before the start of your reservation.
  3. Your reservation has ended: the access button is no longer activated. Depending on the time elapsed since the end of your reservation, one of the following two options will be presented to you to reactivate the access button:
    • Extend the reservation if there is no upcoming reservation.
    • Pay your penalty for a single exit (since you have exceeded your time).
  4. No network / outage: contact us.
