Cookies Policy
clicknpark uses cookies, mobile identifiers, tracking URLs, data logs, and similar technologies to help deliver, protect, and enhance the clicknpark platform. This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) supplements clicknpark’s Privacy Policy and explains how and why we use these technologies, as well as the choices available to you.
Why clicknpark Uses These Technologies
We use these technologies for several purposes, including:
To enable you to access and use the clicknpark Platform and Payment Services
To facilitate and simplify the operation of the clicknpark Platform and your access to it
To better understand how you navigate and interact with the clicknpark Platform and improve it
To provide personalized advertising (e.g., on the clicknpark Platform, by email, and on third-party websites)
To deliver content (e.g., ads) that is more relevant to you
To monitor and analyze the performance, operation, and effectiveness of the clicknpark Platform and advertisements

Cookies
When you visit the clicknpark Platform, we may place cookies on your device. Cookies are small text files that websites send to your computer or other Internet-connected devices to uniquely identify your browser or to store information or settings in your browser. Cookies help us recognize you when you return to our site, provide a more personalized experience, and detect certain types of fraud.
In many cases, the data we collect through cookies and other tools is used in a non-identifiable, aggregate form. For example, we may use data to understand traffic trends and optimize the user experience. In some cases, we may associate cookie data with your personal information. Our business partners may also use these tracking technologies on the clicknpark Platform or contract third parties to track your behavior on our behalf.
There are two types of cookies used on the clicknpark Platform: (1) session cookies and (2) persistent cookies. Session cookies typically expire when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain on your device after the browser is closed and may be used during future visits to the clicknpark Platform.
In many cases, you can manage cookie preferences and opt out of their use by adjusting your browser settings. Because each browser is different, consult the “Help” section of your browser for more information. Please note that if you choose to delete or decline cookies, or clear local storage, some features or functionality of the clicknpark Platform may be affected.
Flash Cookies
We may use Flash Cookies or "Local Shared Objects" and similar technologies to personalize and enhance your online experience. A Flash Cookie is a small data file placed on a computer using Adobe Flash technology. Adobe Flash Player is a tool for developing dynamic content, such as videos or animations.
We use Flash Cookies for personalization, delivering Flash-based content, collecting certain site data, and storing preferences. Flash Cookies are managed through a different interface than standard browser cookies. To manage Flash Cookies, visit Adobe’s website.
If you disable Flash Cookies or similar technologies, some features or content on the product—such as saved ad preferences—may become unavailable.
Web Beacons, Tracking URLs, and Pixels
Web beacons, tracking URLs, and pixels are tiny graphic images or code blocks embedded in web pages, ads, or emails that indicate whether you’ve performed a specific action. When you view these pages or open an email, they notify us. These tools help measure the effectiveness of our communications and improve our web pages and promotions.
Server Logs and Other Technologies
We collect various types of data through server logs and other technologies. This includes information about the device you use to access the clicknpark Platform, your operating system, browser type, system settings, language, country, and time zone. Server logs also capture your device’s IP address, which is a unique identifier required for communication over the internet.
We may also gather data about the website you visited before arriving at the clicknpark Platform and the site you visited afterward. Additionally, we may collect information on your use of the platform—such as accessibility tools—to enhance user experience and services.
Device Information
We may use device-related information to identify users. For example, we might use your IP address, browser data, or other device-supplied information to recognize devices used to access our platform. These techniques may help associate different devices with the same user for fraud prevention and targeted advertising purposes.
Third Parties
clicknpark allows third parties to collect the types of data described above through our services and shares this data for business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes advertising services based on user activity across time, websites, services, and devices.
Third parties such as Facebook may install tracking technologies like pixels and SDKs on the clicknpark Platform. These tools help us:
Analyze how you use the platform (e.g., referring third-party services)
Advertise clicknpark services on and off our platform
Detect and prevent fraud and assess risk
Collect data on your activity across the platform and other websites
We work with partners like Google Analytics to better understand usage. To prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Some cookies are triggered under specific conditions, such as being logged in to a third-party service in the same browser.
Third parties, including Facebook, may also collect or receive information from clicknpark or other sources to show you relevant ads and measure their performance on our platform and elsewhere. Our targeting and advertising cookies may include services such as Google and other networks.
You can learn more about how Google uses ad data here, or visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page, or Your Online Choices. You can also manage your Google ad personalization here. While you can opt out of personalized ads, you may still receive non-targeted ads. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these opt-out tools.
To opt out of personalized Facebook ads, you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
Third-Party Social Plugins
The clicknpark Platform may use social plugins from third parties, such as Facebook’s “Like” button. These third parties may gain access to information about your activity on the clicknpark Platform. If you are not logged into your account with the third party, they cannot identify you. If you are logged in, they may link your interaction with our platform to your third-party account. Please review the relevant third party’s privacy policies to understand their data practices.
Your Choices
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can change your settings to refuse cookies via the Help section of your browser’s toolbar. While you may disable cookies, clicknpark does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals due to a lack of consistent standards.
Flash Cookie settings differ from browser cookie settings. To manage Flash Cookies, visit Adobe’s Settings Manager.
Your mobile device settings may allow you to manage cookies as well. Check your device manufacturer’s instructions for more details.
Please note that if you disable cookies, some parts of the clicknpark Platform may not function properly or at all.
