What happens if a vehicle stays in my parking lot beyond its reservation?
If a vehicle remains in your parking lot beyond its reservation period, an additional fee will be charged to the customer in question.
However, if the customer exceeds an unreasonable time limit, we recommend that you contact our customer service department. Our team will be able to take appropriate measures to resolve the situation and free up your parking space for further bookings.
