The fountain of Tourny or fountain of Bordeaux is a magnificent fountain located in Quebec at the roundabout of avenue Honoré-Mercier, opposite the Parliament Building. It was inaugurated at this location on July 3, 2007 in preparation for the celebrations surrounding the 400th anniversary of Quebec City.
