The forts of Lévis are a grouping of three forts built by the British army to defend the city of Quebec from Lévis south of the St. Lawrence River. The forts of Lévis are an integral part of the fortifications of Quebec. The Forts-de-Lévis National Historic Site of Canada, managed by Parks Canada, highlights this magnificent site, which has been open to visitors since 1982.
