How to access my reservations / I can't find my reservation?

To access your reservations, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the clicknpark app on your mobile device.

  2. Go to the "Sessions" tab.

  3. Select either the "Active" or "Past" tab depending on your needs.


Still unable to locate your reservation?

If you are still unable to find your reservation, please ensure you are signed in with the same email address used for the booking. You can verify this address on the receipt that was emailed to you at the time of purchase.

Note regarding Apple ID: If you used the "Sign in with Apple" option, your account might be linked to a private relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) rather than your usual email address.
