What are the cancellation policies for a reservation?

It is possible to cancel a reservation under the following conditions:

Reservation cancellation date	Cancellation fee
10 minutes after creating the reservation	No fees
More than 24 hours before the start of the reservation	20% of reservation cost or full refund in credits (to be applied to future reservations)
During the 24 hours preceding the start of the reservation	50% of reservation cost
After the start of a booking	100% of the cost of the reservation
