Port of Quebec

The Port of Quebec is the oldest port in the country. It is the second largest port in Quebec and the last deep-water port on the St. Lawrence River. The port of Quebec specializes in solid and liquid bulk; the containers are rather reserved for the port of Montreal. In 2012, more than 33 million tonnes of cargo were handled in Canada's oldest port. The Port of Quebec is legally considered to be federal territory.
