Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec

The mission of the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec is to make known, promote and preserve the work of Québec artists of all eras, from ancient art to contemporary art. The museum also presents a presence of international art through acquisitions, exhibitions and other animation activities. The museum's permanent collection includes more than 40,000 works, produced in Quebec or by Quebec artists, some of which date back to the 17th century.
