Canadian Railway Museum

The Canadian Railway Museum is a museum of rail transportation located in Saint-Constant in Montérégie, Quebec. It is also known under the commercial name Exporail which was given to it during its last development campaign. It has the most important collection in Canada of railroad equipment, more than 160 vehicles including locomotives, junk cars, passenger cars, and streetcars. In addition, Exporail holds nearly 10,000 small objects and 400,000 archival files. The archive is approved and open to the public on weekdays. Several outdoor activities are available to visitors during the summer including a streetcar ride, a garden train tour and a passenger train.
